We visit, check and photograph every property before it is put up for rent. We offer our professional clients a selection of modern, refurbished properties in ideal locations.
You can rent our properties for a month, a year or even longer! Enjoy maximum flexibility, and extend or cancel your booking at any time.
Our online platform makes it easy to find and book a property. Our multilingual advisors are available to help you find the right accommodation quickly.
You can make your payment by credit card or bank transfer. We collect your rent and transfer it to the landlord, issue receipts and hold your security deposit.
We welcome your employees when they arrive. A member of our team will carry out an inventory inspection upon check-in and checkout.
Our apartments are significantly less expensive than other accommodation options (hotels, aparthotels, etc.), without ever compromising on quality.

Can I book an apartment for a business stay?
Yes, you can book an apartment for a business stay! Paris Attitude meets the specific needs of large companies through tailored support for professionals and properties suitable for employees on the move, available exclusively.
What is the minimum rental duration?
Paris Attitude specializes in furnished rentals of 30 days and more. However, each apartment has its own minimum rental duration. Some of our apartments can be rented on a weekly basis, so their minimum rental duration is 7 days.
How to Choose the Apartment That Best Meets My Needs?
To find the ideal apartment, here are the criteria to consider in your search:
Define Your Priorities: Size, number of rooms, location, proximity to public transport or shops, etc.
Use Search Filters: Narrow down your selection by specifying your budget, rental duration, and desired amenities (elevator, balcony, parking…).
Check Photos and Descriptions: Each listing contains details about the apartment and its amenities to help you make your choice.

How to Know if an Apartment is Well Served by Public Transport?
The description of each apartment includes the nearest public transport options (bus, metro, RER…), allowing you to assess their proximity to the accommodation.

What services are offered to Corporate Clients?
Paris Attitude offers services exclusively dedicated to businesses:
Pre-visit: if time allows, we conduct a visit before the rental to ensure that the property is in order and ready to welcome your employee in the best conditions.
Check-in and check-out: Paris Attitude will carry out the check-in and check-out inventory for every rental made. We manage your security deposit by keeping it safe and returning it at the end of the rental, with the owner's agreement.
Personalized welcome: a Paris Attitude specialist will welcome each client in the apartment, conduct the check-in inventory, and hand over the keys. To ensure a better welcome, our staff will speak in English if your colleague wishes.
Insurance: to cover rental risks, Paris Attitude will take out insurance on behalf of the occupants. This will cover damages to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented property due to fire, explosion, or water damage. It will also cover third-party claims.
Can you draft the lease in the name of the company or the occupant? Do you provide an invoice?
The lease agreement can be drafted in the name of the company or in the name of the employee occupying the housing. We can certainly provide you with an invoice.
